Responsabilités

En tant que Manager, Finance & Administration chez Quantis à Lausanne, vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Administration financière du bureau de Lausanne
  • Gestion du personnel pour le bureau de Lausanne
  • Soutien à la réparation du reporting mensuel et suivi du budget
  • Supervision de la gestion des fournisseurs
  • Émission des factures clients et suivi des paiements pour chacun des projets
  • Suivi des relations avec les réviseurs et les autres prestataires externes
  • Planification du bouclement des comptes annuels
  • Suivi de la trésorerie
  • Préparation des audits concernant les projets de financement public
  • Supervision d’une assistante administrative
  • Soutien à l’ouverture de nouvelles succursales de Quantis

Compétences + Expérience

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les qualifications et compétences suivantes sont nécessaires :

  • Formation universitaire ou d’une haute école de gestion
  • Un minimum de quatre années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Un esprit critique, d’analyse et une grande volonté d’apprendre
  • Une excellente maitrise d’Excel,
  • Un fort intérêt pour le thème du développement durable et de l’environnement
  • Une maitrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, allemand et/ou italien un plus
  • Une motivation pour le travail d’équipe et avec d’autres branches du groupe

Conditions

  • Localisation : Lausanne

IT Administrator

Quantis seeks to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic IT Administrator to join our growing team. The IT Administrator will support the Quantis teams internationally with their IT needs, which focus on users support (hardware & software), administration of shared IT services (mainly G Suite), administration of Windows and Debian Servers, and deployment and maintenance of our web solutions.

The position is a unique opportunity and responsibility of working within an enthusiastic team of 80+ sustainability professionals, committed to helping organisations understand and improve their environmental performance. Quantis offers a dynamic and flexible work environment with a diverse team of professionals – from scientists and technical experts to IT developers, strategists and communications specialists.

 Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

Administration of internal IT services (25%)

  • Development and maintenance of IT administration procedures
  • Set up IT security procedures and trainings
  • Administration of shared IT services (G Suite, Sharefile, Gotomeeting, ACEProject, etc.)
    • User accounts creation, suspension or deletion
    • Groups (mailings) administration (creation, assignments, deletion)
    • Assignment of user rights to Google Drive
    • Google Drive and Archives maintenance
    • Installation et deployment of new Google tools and add-ons
  • Coordination with external IT services providers (back-ups, firewalls, G Suite, antivirus)

Users support (40%)

  • Maintenance of user guides to internal IT services and procedures
  • Hardware & software support
    • Computer installations, configurations, updates (in branch of location only)
    • Focal point for users IT support (approx. 80 users worldwide)
  • Deliver internal training on good IT practices (hygiene, security, etc.)

Administration of Windows Server (15%)

  • Maintenance of Windows Servers hosting specialized LCA software
    • Technical set-up, configuration and administration
    • Set up and maintenance of CAL licenses and of RDP accesses
    • System update (Windows server)
    • Installation and maintenance of secondary software
  • Specialized software maintenance
    • User accounts creation or deletion
    • Databases updates
    • Software updates
    • Monitoring of software and databases back-up

Administration of Debian Servers (10%)

  • Maintenance of Debian Servers hosting web solutions for our customers
    • Technical set-up, configuration and administration
    • System update
    • Security management
  • Set-up of our web solutions
    • Set-up and maintenance of the web solutions
    • Update of dependant libraries
    • MySQL databases management
  • Backup management (configuration and databases)

Quantis website maintenance (10%)

  • System administration of Quantis website (www.quantis-intl.com) and microsites (WordPress CMS)
    • Tech updates (plugins, templates)
    • Debugging
    • Activity monitoring

Skills and Experience

Must have…

  • Professional degree in IT administration or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 2 years’ experience as IT administrator in an SME or as member of IT team in a large organization (entry-level candidates can be considered)
  • Experience with Windows Server
  • Experience with both PC and Mac environments
  • Experience with G Suite for Businesses
  • Capacity to support users remotely for both hardware and software issues, mainly MS Office
  • Fluent in English (proficient in French or German an asset)
  • Flexible, positive, creative and proactive
  • Problem-solving
  • You desire to work in a dynamic team for a company with strong values

Senior Sustainability Communications Consultant

Quantis seeks an experienced Senior Sustainability Communications Consultant with a proven ability to manage diverse projects working with internal teams and top international clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working in communications in a corporate setting, developing communication strategies, writing stories and reports, developing creative briefs, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

The perfect fit is a someone who can contribute to the mission of Quantis – inspiring sustainable change – by helping companies share their sustainability stories and engage audiences in a meaningful way. The candidate should have the ability to work on both a highly strategic level, designing communication plans and campaigns, and as well be able to execute communications projects with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This is a global role that will be based in our US office in Boston and will support client sustainability communications projects in the US as well as internationally by also working with our offices in Paris, Lausanne, Zurich, Milan, Berlin, and Bogota.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, guiding them from project scoping to crafting strategic communications briefs and finally developing excellent communications deliverables.
  • Manage client-facing communications projects together with other sustainability consultants in Boston and across other offices.
  • Write credible communications that translate metrics into relevant stories told in digital and print media, including infographics, brochures, presentations, reports, video, etc.
  • Guide designers to develop compelling graphics to support content.
  • Contribute to business development efforts including meeting with prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sustainability Communications to help build and strengthen our strategic communications offering.
  • Ensure overall quality, style and consistency of communications projects.

Required Skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in a communications/branding role in an agency, consultancy or company.
  • Consulting experience and strong client-facing skills.
  • Talented writer and with excellent command of English language in written and oral applications. (Native English speaker.)
  • Proven track-record of leading strategic communications projects.
  • Ability to organize workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to guide designers.
  • Excellent everyday communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to integrate and work with a diverse team, including highly technical and scientific profiles.
  • Ability to travel periodically to Europe and around the US.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience working with data and metrics in a communications capacity.
  • Ability to identify, design and deliver sophisticated communication deliverables.
  • Strong capacity to listen to client needs to develop and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability issues .
  • Ability to speak French and/or German a plus.
