US Marketing Lead

Quantis seeks to recruit an experienced, organized and curious marketing professional to join our team in Boston. The US marketing lead will support Quantis’ positioning and business development activities by developing and deploying operational marketing actions for the US, working in direct coordination with the US team, the Director of Quantis US, and global market and business development leads.

 Key Responsibilities

The US Marketing Lead will primarily be responsible for:

  • Define focused marketing plans aligned with branch and global business objectives,
  • Develop and deploy marketing campaigns in coordination with the business developers in the US
  • Managing branch marketing budgets and reporting
  • Coordinating and managing all branch marketing events and related activities.
  • Delivering branch-specific market analysis and contributing to market watch efforts
  • Coordination with other Quantis marketing and communication teams across our branches.

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or similar discipline required.

IT Administrator

Quantis seeks to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic IT Administrator to join our growing team. The IT Administrator will support the Quantis teams internationally with their IT needs, which focus on users support (hardware & software), administration of shared IT services (mainly G Suite), administration of Windows and Debian Servers, and deployment and maintenance of our web solutions.

The position is a unique opportunity and responsibility of working within an enthusiastic team of 80+ sustainability professionals, committed to helping organisations understand and improve their environmental performance.  Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

Administration of internal IT services (25%)

  • Development and maintenance of IT administration procedures
  • Set up IT security procedures and trainings
  • Administration of shared IT services (G Suite, Sharefile, Gotomeeting, ACEProject, etc.)
    • User accounts creation, suspension or deletion
    • Groups (mailings) administration (creation, assignments, deletion)

  • Coordination with external IT services providers (back-ups, firewalls, G Suite, antivirus)

Skills and Experience

Must have…

  • Professional degree in IT administration or equivalent

Senior Sustainability Communications Consultant

Quantis seeks an experienced Senior Sustainability Communications Consultant with a proven ability to manage diverse projects working with internal teams and top international clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working in communications in a corporate setting, developing communication strategies, writing stories and reports, developing creative briefs, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

The perfect fit is a someone who can contribute to the mission of Quantis – inspiring sustainable change – by helping companies share their sustainability stories and engage audiences in a meaningful way. The candidate should have the ability to work on both a highly strategic level, designing communication plans and campaigns, and as well be able to execute communications projects with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This is a global role that will be based in our US office in Boston and will support client sustainability communications projects in the US as well as internationally by also working with our offices in Paris, Lausanne, Zurich, Milan, Berlin, and Bogota.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, guiding them from project scoping to crafting strategic communications briefs and finally developing excellent communications deliverables.
  • Manage client-facing communications projects together with other sustainability consultants in Boston and across other offices.
  • Write credible communications that translate metrics into relevant stories told in digital and print media, including infographics, brochures, presentations, reports, video, etc.
  • Guide designers to develop compelling graphics to support content.
  • Contribute to business development efforts including meeting with prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sustainability Communications to help build and strengthen our strategic communications offering.
  • Ensure overall quality, style and consistency of communications projects.

Required Skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in a communications/branding role in an agency, consultancy or company.
  • Consulting experience and strong client-facing skills.
  • Talented writer and with excellent command of English language in written and oral applications. (Native English speaker.)
  • Proven track-record of leading strategic communications projects.
  • Ability to organize workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to guide designers.
  • Excellent everyday communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to integrate and work with a diverse team, including highly technical and scientific profiles.
  • Ability to travel periodically to Europe and around the US.

Missions

Pré-requis

  • Formation bac + 5 ;

Missions

Sous la responsabilité́ d’un ou plusieurs chefs de projet et encadré par des experts, vous serez en charge de réaliser des projets liés l’évaluation d’empreintes environnementales (analyse du cycle de vie, empreintes eaux, empreinte carbone…) en soutien à des analystes expérimentés :

  • Etat de l’art sur des technologies ou des filières, à l’aide de revue de littérature poussées,
  • Réalisation d’études ACV (définition du Goal & Scope, collecte de données, modélisation à l’aide d’outils d’ACV, analyse des résultats, préparation de rapports et supports de présentations, relation client)
  • Contribution aux développements de bases de données d’ICV
  • Bilan des Émissions de GES d’entreprises ou de collectivités Ces projets pourront être réalisés sur une grande diversité́ de secteurs (agroalimentaire, chimie, énergie, distribution, bâtiment, cosmétiques, transports, déchets, etc.).

Profil recherché

Formation :

  • Formation d’ingénieur ou master en ingénierie
  • Expérience préliminaire en évaluation environnementale (ACV, bilan carbone ou empreinte eau…) ou écoconception souhaitée mais non obligatoire

Savoir-faire et compétences :

  • Pédagogie, regard critique et force de proposition
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, de communication et de présentation
  • Très bonne maitrise de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit)

Qualités souhaitées :

  • Esprit d’initiative
  • Travail soigné sur les présentations orales et les rapports
  • Ouverture au travail collaboratif interne/externe
  • Curiosité , capacité d’apprentissage, polyvalence, et capacité à s’adapter rapidement à de nouveaux défis professionnels
  • Dynamique et enthousiaste
  • Intérêt poussé pour le développement durable, et plus spécifiquement pour les problématiques environnementales

Conditions

  • Localisation : Paris centre
  • Durée de stage de 6 mois minimum
  • Réalisation de projets sur France entière avec quelques déplacements ponctuels à prévoir
  • Collaboration fréquente avec les autres bureaux de Quantis (Suisse, USA, Allemagne) via web-conférences, en français ou en anglais
